Praise God for His Mercy! Jo's dad is resting comfortably. We pray for peace for this entire family as they hold close to each other and cling to God for strength.

Pray for wisdom and discernment as Jo and Fred make decisions about care for her elderly parents. Pray peace and comfort for her parents that they would be able to remain close to each other, physically. Pray peace for all concerned.

iNTERCEDE is a ministry of intercessory prayer.  1 Timothy 2:1 tells us that we are to  make "requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving for everyone."  This is a practice which we are all called to do as the body of Christ.  You are invited to participate in this by:

  1. Viewing this site regularly and submitting prayer requests.

"Pray for the Children" is a collaborative effort of over 50 churches in the greater Houston area to pray for the children in our city.

As we prepare for school to start again for our children and youth, let's focus our hearts and minds on Christ Jesus, and on His heart for all children, as we pray:

  • that they are loved unconditionally, regardless of where they are from 

  • that they have necessary provisions

  • that they are healthy 

  • that they are safe

  • that they grow in mind, body and spirit

  • that their parents are wise and caring

  • that we as the Faith Community do our part to ensure their welfare
